• Account: name, email address and password (stored encrypted, we can't read it). If you sign in with Google or LINE, we receive your name and email from them.
• Orders: recipient name, phone number, delivery address, items ordered, amounts paid and order history.
• Returns: the reason and photo you upload with a return request.
• Preferences: your chosen language and currency.

We do not receive or store your card number, bank login or e-wallet PIN. Payments are handled by our payment partner.

How we use it

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To process, ship and support your orders, returns and refunds.
• To send emails about your orders (confirmation, shipping, returns).

Who we share it with

Only what is needed to complete your order:

• our payment partner (Xendit) to process payments and refunds;
• couriers, to deliver your package (name, phone, address);
• our email provider, to send order emails;
